Error There is no transaction in the Transaction Interface Table to load based on the parameters pr

Hi,

I have entered data via maintain transaction and when run the load above mentioned error appears.when i set Profile option Skip Credit Allocation to "YES" it works but when its "NO" it will give same error.Why is it so?for territory manager we have set this profile option at NO.
