Splitt Mass Additions

This is similar to Metalink note 1343100.1.  We have an invoice from AP that has 2 distribution lines.  Both of these lines were brought into Mass Additions.  In Mass Additions, we merged the 2 lines and then split them.  After they were split we modified the amounts of each asset making sure that the total was the same as the original.  In our case the invoice total was $50,000, with 2 distribution lines of $25,000 each.  After splitting it into 2 assets, we modified the amount so Assets 1 was $24,000 and Asset 2 was $26000.  We posted the Mass Additions line and ran create accounting.
