Delete a Po Line that has been set to Finally Closed

A business user duplicated a line on a PO by mistake. Another user pushed the line through to finally closed. I need to remove this line from the PO so that the total amount will be correct. Is there a data fix available for reversing out or removing a finally closed PO Line??
