How to update and delete values assigned to user in Report Manager

In the Report Manager Security Workbench we setup value set security. Various Company and cost center values were assigned to users, however, now are trying to update the user access. Some users were assigned more values than they should have access to, but there is no function available to delete or update security values. Any suggestions?
