Security Access to a dimension member

Need to access a group to the member First_W in Version all the those user already have an access to the Working Version in the same dimension of the same application.

When I Workspace->Planning->Administration ->Manage Dimensions -> Version ->First_W and click on Assign Access. I don't see anything (no groups) in the Assign Access for First_W.

I am the admin and have provisioning access. The group is in the planner group for that application. Any help.
