iSupport/Teleservice, territory assignment and task creation
We have business scenarios where "when SR is submitted from iSupport or Teleservice, a task needs to be automatically created and passed to advanced scheduler for automatic scheduling. We are generating these automatic tasks based on task templates mapping- Problem Code, Product Category, Task Template.
The issue we are facing and can't figure out is cases where for certain customers task must not get created and SR must automatically go to CALL CENTER group and not to Field Service.
When it goes to Call center, no task should get created but is not happening. A task is getting created all the time though is not required for CALL CENTER group.
