Withholding requirement in AR

Hi ,

We are on R12.2.3. Our client has a requirement to calculate Withholding tax on AR Invoices. This was possible in 11i with Withholding functionality which is now available only in AP in R12. Question is how do we achieve this in R12 on AR side. Can we use E B Tax by defining negative tax?
