how to send email to suppliers?

Hi

I'm looking for a way in 12.1.3 to send emails to supplier sites based on the email address at the supplier site level (Suppliers>Address Book> Manage sites> Communication). Is there a standard letter or report etc that can be run in Oracle which sends emails to the suppliers? Something like an FYI letter for the supplier.
