one of the DD field is deleted

Hi, can i restore that missing DD field by deploying latest update package to enterprise server  or deployment server?

One of our developers working in PY environment has accidentally deleted the Data Dictionary item alias PQOH. This was done locally on her PC .
Understand that Data Dictionary is shared over all the environments in JDE, hence its now missing in the Production environment also.

Please advise us how to restore this data dictionary item.
