Server Migrations Precautions for Weblogic and Database

Hi Experts,

      We have an requirement to move the server from one locations to another.  We are on 11.2.0.2 database and All Oracle Retail applications are deployed on Weblogic server.  We have database and weblogic server in one country and Now we want to migrate all these things to another country as it is.  What all precautions we need to take and how to go ahead.  Please suggest.
