Agent shown in OEM CC 12c, host and database not available (Windows)

Hello,

I have a problem an maybe I am doing something wrong. I just installed a new OEM CC 12c on Windows (Used to work with older versions) and have an Oracle server with a database which I want to have registered within the OEM. It took me some time to install the agent on the database server (I couldn't get automatic deployment with SSH working). But now eventually I have the agent running and uploading data to the OEM.

In OEM I now can see the Agent and it is running. So far that is good. But now I would like to have the Host and the Database in the management server as well and I can't get that working.
