Usefulness and Impact of Accounting Treatment in Location Form

Hi All,

There is a field named "Accounting Treatment" in Building/Floor/Office form which gets active if the given location is "Non- Occupiable".

From User guide I came to know it "Indicates the financial status of the office or section" but I am not getting its usefulness/impact. May anyone please help me in this regard?
