Planning for manufacturing company

Hi,

We are one manufacturing company. However we produce more than 100 products and sub products (semi-finished goods) but to simple the problem I say:

We produce only P1 and P2.

For producing each product we have specific BOM.

P11, P12 and P13 are components of P1

P21 and P22 are components of P2

We need to insert “Production Plan” for P1 and P2 then one application calculates quantity of each component according to BOM (Specific Rates).

For example BOM for P1 is the same as following:

For producing 1 Each P1

       0.5 Each P11

       0.2 Each P12

       0.1 Each P13 is necessary.
