Tax rate assign to memo line in AR

i am not using inventory,  but there are several tax calcification base on the AR line item.

we maintain memo line in the setup to handle those product line.

but this products has different tax combination.

my question is can we assign those tax combination to the memo line using tax classification code. and if possible how to setup this.
