Customer Experiences available regarding Online Patching

Hi all,

I have a question related to Online Patching.

Can someone tell me if there are documents available which describe Online Patching Customer Experiences?

Topics like:
- as much patches as possible in one go or
- only a small amount of patches in one go

-  how to organize a weekly or monthly patch cycle
- ...

There is OP material available but this is all product related.
