Hi People,

I have few duplicat erecords Duplicate Payee in IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYEES_ALL table.

The Query mentioned in the Note (Doc ID 1315812.1) returns Duplicate Rows.

Is there any possibility to identify the Root Cause of this.How these Duplicate rows are coming.
