Can I clone from an Oracle home on a lower patch version to a higher patch version?

Hi all--

I'm about to apply the April PSU to my DEV/TEST set of databases to bring the home from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.3.10.   After I do this, will I be able to "refresh" my DEV database (which I do every other week) by cloning from PRD if PRD is in a home still on 11.2.0.3.0 for a few months?  I know you are supposed to have the same "version" to do cloning, but not sure if this applies to patch set level...  THANKS!
