ARM: Prior Reconciliations View

We are observing that different users are getting different view of prior reconcilations tab of a recon. We have a viewer group which is appearing in recons for all months from Dec13-Jun14. However one member of the viewer group can see only Dec-13 in the prior reconciliation tab while another viewer cannot see any month in the tab. Admin is able to see all months in prior reconciliation tab.

This view appears to show differently for various profiles. Can anyone please help to track the cause for this odd behavoir.
