Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Marvin: This thread will address your following issue -

I attempted to apply patch 18120913. I got worker errors.

FAILED: file icxblknt.wft on worker 1

FAILED: file POSSPAPM.wft on worker 2
