Install Base Owner for Lease Equipments

Hi, we have the followign scenario

we have operative leasing, we receive those equipmentes with a RMA to identify the Lessee at the sales order we use the Lessee as a Customer,  we receive at the Inventory and owner it's ok, we use the same equipments in a Sales Order to Install in a Customer Site, ownership for the lessee it's ok until this point, for Installation details the Owner is the Lessee and the Current and Install Location is the Customer selected at the Sales Order Ship, the issue is when we have a Deinstallation process, we use again the RMA to receive at
