Call out of Wssecurity binding webservice from oracle

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question

Can anyone help us on how to call a Wssecurity binding webservice from oracle . We have already tried using UTL_HTTP and UTL_DBWS and non of them seems to be supporting WSsecurity binding.

Any thoughts or recommendation around how to get around this problem.
