A collection plan - for ORacle EAM- with an execute a sql script action, finishes with an error: APP

I create a collection plan - for ORacle EAM- with an execute a sql script action. This action has been probed in sql plus, besides this collection plan is finishing correctly in another instance of the Oracle EBS.

But in one of the instances,

first it creates the Quality To AK Mapper Concurrent, that finishes ok.

and then the Check Periodic Alert Concurrent, that finishes with the following error in the log file:

APP-ALR-04010: Oracle Alert could not find an enabled alert definition for the parameters that were passed to this program.  Check that you have passed a valid set of arguments to Oracle Alert.  Check that your alert is enabled and active. (ROUTINE=almias) (FILE=alr/src/memchk/almias.c) (LINE=177)
