Assigning Privileges to Access Rate Tables and Other Forms

Hi All-

I need to review the details within our comp plans but when I try to view the details of certain items- like Available Products or Rate Tables, I get the dreaded "You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator."

I coulnd't find anything helpful on Metalink, with respect to Sales Comp. I'm hoping this is simply a matter of assigning privileges or permissions, but could somebody advise what the issue might be and how I could resolve?
