Unable to Create Retained Earnings account combination for second Primary Ledger setup

Hi All,

We are on R12.2.3

We were able to set up the first Primary Ledger successfully.  However, we are unable to create the Retained Earnings account combination for the second Primary Ledger.  Errors encountered were 1) Posting is not allowed for this account 2) Please use an existing combination.

The Allow Dynamic Inserts is ON and we've complied the flexfields several times.

We will appreciate any inputs from you.
