Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In our PROD Environment, we have a separate App,Gateway,BIP and File System Server.

When the File System Server is down, our PROD Application is not working.(loading for the long time)

After the FSM Server brought up only, application has opened.

1. FSM is used to access and retrieve the attachements only.Then why application has not opened when FSM Server is down?

2. Is there any relationship between Enterprise Server & FSM Server other than file accessing?
