Cloning EBS 12.1.3 with different database user on database node

Hi All,

I am cloning oracle ebs 12.1.3 database node. Where the database owner/Database software owner username is dbmgr on source server and on destination server the username for database owner/ oracle installed software is "oracle".

What is proper process to clone EBS when the source and destination application and database owner users are different?
