Schedule Report don't work if set schedule frequency as "xxxday"

Hi,

I had created a query and schedule to run and notify user.

If I set the schedule frequency as "every day", the report will run on time.

This is not happen to the schedule frequency that set as designated day, let assume I set to run on every Thursday, the report will do nothing, but after passing the schedule time, it still will generate the next schedule time, which will be next Thursday.

Do anyone encounter this before?
