Cannot run Microsoft excel from E1

I'm not sure I got this in right forum. When I try to export grid I'm getting message "Not enough Memory to Run Microsoft excel. Please close other applications and try again." I can’t export any files from E1. I’ve tried closing all
Microsoft applications, reducing file size to export, other environments and noting seems to help. I don’t have any problems with excel anywhere else, only with E1. I don’t know when this started but I could export in past.
