Create Accounting, Accounting Program completing in Warning

Hi Team,

Create Acccounting & its child program - Accounting Program are completing in Warning.

The Payments are also stuck unaccounted due to error of conversion rate User getting populated automatically in Payments - wherein the Payment currency and Functional currency both are same.

We will appreciate pointers on this, as this issue is highly critical and occurring in PROD instance.
