Drilldown in Account Inquiry in a Multi-Org Environment

Hello all, this is somenthing I have inherited and I have a hunch the Setup is wrong.

Our client has 4 x Orgs mainly for the purposes of AP input.

When I go into GL Account Inquiry, I can drilldown into Payables Journals from 1 of the Orgs but not the other 3.

This is very confusing as Multi-Org Implementation Guide states "When drilling down on balances from GL, GL ignores the operating unit profile setting to allow you to drill down to your SL details, regardless of which OU originated the transaction.

I think that my problem comes from the fact that, my GL Responsibility also has the MO: Security Profile set. This seems wrong to me? I can't understand why the GL Responsibility should be within MO as well?
