Setup different locator struction for different Inventory Org

Hi,

Using version R12.2.3

For the Locator at subinventory Level,  I will define an Locator with 3 segments in the KeyFlexifield.

Most of our Inventory Org will use this 3 segments Locator.

For an specfic Inventory Org, the user would like to use an 2 segments Locator

It is possible to to this setup?

Please can you direct to document/example to perform this setup
