Cycle Counting Items With Multiple Locators

We have a situation where we have a part setup for cycle counting that has QOH in multiple locators within the subinventory.

When the cycle count selects that item rather than listing the item and all locators to be counted it selected the item and only one of the locators.

So appears to to selecting item and locator and then moving to the next item and locator.

Is this standard Oracle functionality?
