Credit Card Declining when Transaction Number is used but processed when MULTI is used.

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi, I have an issue with one of our credit card transactions not processing correctly when I try to apply the transaction number to the credit card payment screen.  It actually declines the card but when I put in LULTI into where the transaction number should be the card goes through and processes correctly.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
