Using supplemental markings as step-up 2-factor auth in WCC

Hi there,

I'm trying to find more information about how I can configure step-up two-factor authentication in Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) 11.1.1.8.

One way that has been suggested to us is supplemental markings.  My understanding is that this is where you enable supplemental markings, create a supplemental marking, associate it with a user, and then associate it with a piece of content.  If you are logged in as a user with the supplemental marking you can see the content item in search results and interact with it.  If you are logged in as a user that does not have the supplemental marking you cannot see or interact with the content item.
