How to exclude a user from password aging on Solaris 10

Hi,

We are having servers running Solaris 10 u6 to Solaris 10 u9 operating system. We are looking for setting password policy to enable complex passwords and password aging after 90 days for all the local users. My understanding is that, password policy set in /etc/default/passwd file will be applicable to all the local users. We would like to exclude "root" user and few other application related accounts from this password policy and password aging. We could use the "passwd -x 1 <user>" command to disable aging. But again, when we change the password for the user, this is reset

Howdy, Stranger!
