How to format field to display percentages on ERW

I am creating a new UBE. The field Cost in the below spreadsheet has a prefix of $ and the field % of total cost has a suffix of %. Is it possible to add $ and also the percentage sign to the data items with numeric values? Additionally the % values are actually the % of total Cost. For example, on the first line the cost is $ 0.4008 and the % of Total Cost on this field is derived by the following formula (0.4008/15.3504)*100. Where $15.3504 is the Grand Total of Cost on the last line. I am
