b6952457.ldt completes with "The value cannot be uploaded without a prepare statement"
Applying patch 18014340 per note 1070410.1 and it does run the FND load and completes successfully,
but doesn't look like it made any changes.
The output of the FNDLOAD has two lines of "The value cannot be uploaded without a prepare statement" in it
and when I run the query to see if a problem still exists, it does.
