Table in FA - FA_ADDITIONS_REP_ITF - does it always get populated

Good day,

We're upgrading to R12 and we were creating some manual assets and recently  a couple did not appear in this table whereas some others have.  Does anyone know if this table should contain information on all assets created or is there conditions where they don't appear here?
