Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone.

Oracle WebCenter Portal require a database... but if we need to migrate from Oracle Portal 10.1.4.2

to Oracle WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8... Are there any guide or procedure for this ?

I really appreciate any doc or reference.
