11.2.0.3 : client session times out frequently

Hi,

We have a database running on  11.2.0.3 .  When a session is connected using TOAD,  the user is disconnected after 15 /20 mins.     The idle_timeout profile is set to unlimited.

Can someone suggest ,how to prevent user from timing out.?
