Get records from web services using PL/SQL

Hi,

I have a simple requirement. But I am new to web services. Using PL/SQL, I have to login to a web services machine, get records and store in an Oracle table. I started to write code, but not sure how to write the request to get records. Can you please help me? I've attached the details.
