Message aggregation in Siebel using Oracle SOA Suite

Hi,

We have following requirement.

Our source CRM Siebel system triggers multiple messages for Quote to legacy systems , we send sibel messages to  JMS Queue and then middleware sends it to downstream systems

We need to consolidate  multiple messages into one message then send one message to JMS Queue based on unique key (order id) as writeRecord even from Siebel triggers message multiple times for same quote.

Can we use Oracle SOA suite to receive incoming messages from Siebel , aggregate and then send one message to JMS queue so that legacy system can pick up?

I see the Oracle SOA suite documentation , using correlation sets and aggregator in BPEL process, we can easily aggregate messages.
