Running oracle service with non-administrative privileges on windows

Hello all,

we have a need to run the oracle service with non-administrative domain based account. we tried to use one  which was not member of any group local groups on the server other than ORA_DBA but the service is not starting. Kindly help and advise

can we use "LOCAL SERVICE" as the owner of the oracle service.
