Price Injector Not Populating RPM_Future_Retail

We injected some clearance and promotional prices into RPM.  They processed with out error and our in approved status (i.e. no conflicts which we can find).  However, we did not get records in the RPM_Future_Retail table. 

Any ideas why this is?

Secondly: Does anyone have an opinion about where we can try and rollback these batches using the instructions in the Operations Guide?
