Is it possible to extend the Access Group based on Primary Responsibility ?

Hi Experts,

Requirement : We want to show few categories only for few users who has specific responsibility(Responsibility1).

Is it possible to extend the Access Group mechanism based on Responsibilities ? Any one Implemented Before? If yes Could you please share the details to implement it .

Is there any other way to show the Category only for Few Responsibilities ?  ( Not using the User List, Position, Organization)
