Forms didnt get generated when applied patch 12579221

in Patch Reviews - DB (MOSC)

While applying patch 12579221 on Web/Form node, we recieved below message : This patch applied successfully on CM/DB node.

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

When compiled manually as suggested by Oracle getting below error :

f60gen module=/u003/app/applmgr/appltop/au/11.5.0/forms/D/INVTTMTX.fmb userid=apps/$PWORD output_file=/u003/app/applmgr/appltop/inv/11.5.0/forms/D/INVTTMTX.fmx
