Dear All,

I am creating Batch payment from Payables responsibility. Format Payment Instructions with Text Output program submitted after confirm the batch payment.

I can see one program "Format Payment Instructions" in Oracle.

Just explain me What is the difference between Format Payment Instructions and Format Payment Instructions with Text Output programs?
