Need run "Create Accounting" by OU in R12

Dear Oracle experts,

the "Create Accounting" program don't have OU parameters, Bug 8654654  are created for this enhancement, it not fixe till now, but our client strongly request that we should achive this requirement now, could you please give me some suggestion how to customize it?
