Create Accounting Program in AR triggers Automatically

Hi All,

We have Scheduled Create Accounting Program from AR responsibility to run daily at 6.00 PM. The program is getting triggered properly and once in a week number of scheduled requests are getting increased, i.e. For example we have scheduled a Create Accounting Program on 2-Jul-2014 and if we check on 14-Jul-2014 there are 3 requests of Create Accounting in Pending, Scheduled Status. We are not able to understand the reason behind this abnormal behaviour. Kindly let know the reason behind  the same.
