Standard collection does not show actual run time in a distributed environment

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have a distributed environment. Standard collection program submitted from ASCP instance does not show the actual time taken to complete this stage. Refresh Memory-Based
Snapshot process actually takes more than an hour, But concurrent request form in ASCP does not show actual time taken, it shows only 10-12 Minutes.
